The TDS working group will present a public lecture in the spring of 2017 featuring a visiting scholar whose work is advancing the field of critical disability studies nationally and of interest to the broader campus community.

We are currently in the process of considering whom to invite.

Other campus units will be invited to cohost the visiting scholar and cosponsor the lecture.

The lecturer will be invited to visit a limited number of class meetings, and meet working group members over lunch or dinner.

The spring lecture is funded through our support from the Center for Humanities.
