I want you to see this class as a way to learn more about campus and college life. I want to be a great resource for all of you. I hope after this class you will be more confident about being at UCSD and living here. Also I wish you will have great friendships after this class.
In this class, you will create your own rules and throughout the quarter, I want you to follow them. I have one important rule: The Golden Rule. Our section should have diversity and different thought but not rudeness. So, please treat one another in a way that no one will be upset by.
Please attend the class, because this class is based on participation and I want you guys to get benefits from it.
